The properties will be constructed using high-quality materials. For house MAGDALENA, underfloor heating with a hybrid system is planned – heat pump and gas boiler, with the possibility of control via mobile phone. A photovoltaic system will be installed on the roof. The window frames are high-class aluminum with triple glazing, 50 mm thick. The roof features excellent thermal insulation – 35 cm mineral wool. A sauna is included in the price.

The layout of the houses includes on the first level an entrance hall, a spacious living area with kitchen corner and dining area, a sanitary room, and access to a private yard. On the second level are the bedrooms with bathrooms, according to the design of each respective house.

To commence the construction works, an advance payment of 10% is required upon signing a preliminary contract.

Upon completion of the structural shell, 25% is payable.

Upon completion of the roof and façades – 30%.

Upon issuance of Act 15 – 25%. The final payment of 10% is made upon issuance of Act 16.

The payment scheme is flexible, and discounts are possible in case of earlier payments.

Upon full payment of the property, the transfer is completed with a notarial deed, and the land is transferred after issuance of Act 16.
