The owners accommodation, built in traditional local architecture, was completed during the 1960s and extensively renovated and refurbished in 2002,

Entrance to Mehana (traditional folklore restaurant) with bar area, open solid fuel fire with integral heating boiler, tables and seating; 

Second room originally used for additional seating for Mehana converted into office,

Third room, originally used as Mehana kitchen now used as storage room; with an innovative micro boiler space heating system and an internal staircase leading to second floor,

Cloak room, with two 100 liter hot water boilers, leading to shower / toilet,

At the rear of the residence there is a large barbecue/garden area, At the front of the residence there is a intimate landscaped garden area with private owners entrance from the main road


SITUATION


The hotel and owners residence are situated between the local school and a small Bulgarian Orthodox chapel area, close to the center of the village on the main road to Bansko
