Hello Bulgaria is offering for sale a plot of land in Benkovski district of Sofia.

The plot has a size of 7200 sq.m. and is situated in the future regulation zone of Sofia city plan. The centre of Sofia city is only 10 minutes away from the plot. There is also a direct route and bus line 11 and 46 from Benkovski to the centre and a new surface metro line will be soon installed.

The site is only 5 minutes from the existing northern ring road, which is expected to be rerouted to the south, closer to the Benkovski Quarter.  It is in this quarter that the expansion of the city will take place, as the southern quarters of Monastirski Livadi etc. are currently at the limit of their capacity as far as the southern part of the city ring road.

The plot overlooks beautifully the two mountain ranges of Vitosha and Stara Planina and due to the south orientation of the last mountain range it has a microclimate with more sunshine than other quarters in Sofia.

The plot has the status of agricultural land of category 4. It is currently used for sunflower oil production. According to the cadastral map the plot is 250m away from regulation. Access is by road.
