Hello Bulgaria is representing two plots of land in the region of Borovets and the village of Beli Iskar.

Two of the plots are located in a wooded area and one of the plots borders with an asphalt road. The area of the plot, bordering the road is 2293 sq. m. and the size of the neighboring part is 1186 sq. m. The intended use of the land is for cattle farm and other type of forestry.

The area is characterized by cool climate in summer and clean air. The ski slopes of Borovets and the town of Samokov are very close. This area is in demand for the construction of private houses and estates.
